PURPOSE: A tool for removing stains and chewing gum is provided to enable a worker to easily remove stains and chewing gum on a floor and tiles using a small amount of water. CONSTITUTION: A tool for removing stains and chewing gum comprises a body(10), a cleaning unit(30), a rotating unit(20), a moving unit(21), and a gum removal unit(31). A spiral wire is formed in one end of the body. The cleaning unit is rotatably coupled to the spiral wire. The rotating unit is arranged inside the body in a spiral shape. The moving unit is engaged with the rotating unit and is vertically moved. The gum removal unit penetrates through the inside the cleaning unit. The flat plate part of the gum removal unit is fixed to the moving unit.
