PURPOSE: An analysis technique of Internet user behaviors and characters using semantic metadata is provided to collect the residual data of a user on the Internet in real time and efficiently store the semantic data extracted from the collected data at a database in order to generate a character and behavior data cluster depending on a semantic criteria based on indexed semantic metadata. CONSTITUTION: A real-time data collector(1) collects the residual data of a user on the Internet in real time. A data extractor(2) extracts the semantic data for characterizing the contents of the data from the collected data. A semantic data indexer(3) efficiently stores the extracted semantic data at a database. A semantic data classifier(4) generates a character and behavior data cluster based on index semantic data. An index semantic analyzer(5) uses the clustered semantic metadata to perform an analyzing operation.
