PURPOSE: A solar heat system is provided to enable power generating property to be maintained since a generating cell is reasonably cooled and is maintained at an appropriate temperature. CONSTITUTION: A solar heat system comprises an upper insulating layer, a lower insulating layer, a sunlight module(1), a heat tank(14) and a heat exchanger. For the upper insulating layer, an upper cover, which transmits sunlight and is formed from a glass-zero plate, is arranged on the top of the sunlight module, and a sealed air layer is arranged on the bottom of the sunlight module. The lower insulating layer uses an insulating material and an air layer on the bottom of the sunlight module. The sunlight module comprises a cooling unit to cool a solar cell. The heat tank uses warm air on the way to a medium circuit on the output side of a cooling medium.
