PURPOSE: A sludge drying device is provided to dry sludge under uniform temperature distribution since heat/light energy from a halogen lamp is emitted to the sludge over a wide area. CONSTITUTION: A sludge drying device comprises a transport unit and a plurality of heating units(30). The transport unit moves sludge, which has been supplied from the outside. The heating units emit heat to dry the sludge during movement of the sludge. The heating unit comprises an insulating member(32), a halogen lamp(34), a radiating plate(35) and a reflective film(33). The halogen lamp is arranged in the insulating member. The radiating plate blocks up the opening of the insulating member. For the energy from the halogen lamp to be reflected to the radiating plate, the reflective film is coupled to the inner surface of the insulating member.
