PURPOSE: A predilation balloon-stent combined catheter is provided, which can simultaneously perform predilation of an isthmus and a choke and stent employment. CONSTITUTION: A predilation balloon-stent combined catheter comprises: a tube type shaft in which a path is formed from the proximal end to the distal end; a pre-dilation balloon equipped in the distal end of the shaft; and a stent balloon equipped near to the pre-dilation balloon in the direction of the proximal end. The tube type shaft has two paths by inner partitions which are continuous from the proximal end to the distal end. One of the path is a first inflation lumen(50). The other one is a second inflation lumen(60).
