Spring clips have elongated generally U-shaped forms with arms terminating in loops. The arms are spaced to permit free insertion of sheets into the clips. Then the clips are turned 180 DEG . The arms and loops are then urged toward each other by tension exerted at the bight of the clip. Prongs can be formed instead of loops to pierce the paper. The clips can be provided with handles.
