PURPOSE: A method for supporting an emergency call in a mobile communication system is provided to improve the processing speed thereof by reducing the non-performance rate of an emergency service. CONSTITUTION: PRC(Pseudo Range Correction) connection is set up between a user terminal and a wireless resource management entity. A wireless resource management entity receives a message which indicates the existence of an emergency call. An upper layer node connects and sets up an emergency call with a UE(User Equipment)(101).
