PURPOSE: A valve apparatus is provided to block the fluid leakage between valve components by a sealing member. CONSTITUTION: A valve apparatus comprises a valve body(10), an adjusting unit(20), a first sealing member(41), a connecting unit(30) and a second sealing member(43). The valve body includes a fluid inlet on one end of a cavity, which comprises threads. The valve body comprises an outlet on the side of the cavity. The adjusting unit is movably screwed to the valve body. The adjusting unit adjusts the opening/closing of the flow of the fluid, which flows to the outlet through the inlet. For the fluid not to be leaked to the other end of the cavity, the first sealing member is arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the adjusting unit between the outlet and the other end of the cavity to make contact with the inner circumferential surface of the cavity.
