PURPOSE: A wheel driving apparatus is provided to reduce impacts and vibrations and increase a motor durability based on the impacts and the vibrations through wheels from roads. CONSTITUTION: A wheel driving apparatus(20) includes the hub(21) of a motor and wheels. The motor is mounted to a link structure. The link structure is in connection with a vehicle body in order to rotate the wheels. The link structure includes an arm and a knuckle. The knuckle is fixed to the outer wheel of the wheels. The motor rotates the wheels. The motor is embedded in the arm and the knuckle. The hub of the wheels is in connection with the rotary shaft of the motor.
