PURPOSE: A producing method of breakfast cereals with the spicy taste is provided to improve the nutrition and the taste of the cereals compare to conventional breakfast cereals. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of breakfast cereals including grains, sweeteners, and red pepper comprises the following steps: crushing and pressure-extracting the red pepper, to obtain a red pepper extract and red pepper powder; mixing 100parts of grains by weight, 10~30parts of sweetener by weight, and 0.1~20parts of red pepper extract, and steaming; drying the steamed grains, milling for molding the grains, and popping; and spraying a starch syrup mixture including the red pepper powder to the popped grains.
