PURPOSE: A method for learning a basic sentence to quickly learn English by using a tool and a birth theory concept is provided to quickly learn English. CONSTITUTION: An education device(8) includes an input unit(9), a control unit(10), and an output unit(11). A birth concept storage unit(152) for language and sentence structures stores birth concepts for language and sentence structures. A sentence structure storage unit stores ten Korean sentence structures. An example storage unit(155) makes the ten Korean sentence structures in English.
