PURPOSE: A functional mat is provided to supply oxygen to a user, to evenly distribute load, and to obtain an effect on phlogotherapy. CONSTITUTION: A functional mat comprises: a bottom sheet(1) which comes into contact with the floor; a heating plate(2) electrically supplying heat; a copper plate(3) which prevents electromagnetic wave and water vein caused by generation of electrical heat; and a functional mat(4) in which an oxygen generating capsule is installed and provides a shock-absorbing effect.
