The dilator (1) has portions for separating nostrils, where the dilator is made of unitary piece of a porous material for absorbing active liquid materials. An area of the piece is impregnated with an active material for evaporating under the flow of air breathed into nose. Wings (10) act as a deflector for canalizing active liquid materials in air passages, where the dilator is made of caviton, pebax(RTM: polyether block) amide mediprene(RTM: thermoplastic elastomers) and evatane. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a kit comprising an internal nasal dilator and flask (2) a method for utilizing a kit.
