A dental retractor system (10) used to manipulate positioning of the cheeks and to control saliva flow. The system includes a handle (12) connected to first and second legs (14, 16) that are extended from the handle (12) in a fork or horseshoe configuration. A pair of flaps (32, 34) distend from the legs (14, 16) and are angularly arranged to lie adjacent inner cheeks of the patient with or without interaction with a dry angle. |
