PURPOSE: A sliding device and an electronic apparatus having the same are provided to facilitate the key input operation of a user. CONSTITUTION: A lift plate(120) is installed at an upper portion of a fixing plate(110), and a slider(123) is installed at the lift plate to allow the sliding operation in the direction crossing the lift direction of the lift plate. First and second links(141,142) connect the lift plate to the fixing plate through a cross method. A guide groove(113a) is prepared in the fixing plate to guide the lifting operation of the lift plate. An elastic member(150) is installed between the lift plate and the fixing plate to enable the lifting operation of the lift plate. A coupling tool(160) is installed adjacent to the fixing plate.
