HUMIDITY-CURING TYPE ADHESIVE COMPOSITIONS FOR AUTO-HEADLINERS

PURPOSE: A moisture-curable adhesive composition for auto-headliners is provided to enhance workability and productivity by shortening curing time even when a condition of high humidity is applied and to ensure excellent adhesive strength, heat resistance, moisture resistance, and dimensional stability. CONSTITUTION: A moisture-curable adhesive composition for auto-headliners comprises, based on 100 weight% of polyurethane adhesive consisting of 35 ~ 45 parts by weight of polyol, 55 ~ 65 parts by weight of 4,4'- diphenylmethane diisocyanate, catalyst and catalyst aid, 0.005 ~ 0.02 weight% of benzyl chloride as a pot life controller. The catalyst has 0.1 ~ 0.5 parts by weight of dibuthyltin dilaurate.
