PURPOSE: A drying and carbonizing apparatus of food waste and organic sludge is provided to use high temperature steam for property dry or carbonize the food waste and the organic sludge. CONSTITUTION: A drying and carbonizing apparatus of food waste and organic sludge comprises the following: a casing(3) including an inlet on one side and an outlet on the other side; two hollow hole shafts(5) with steam holes, penetrating the inside of the casing in parallel; and plural hollow disks(6) installed on the hollow hole shafts, to locate the steam holes in the inside of the hollow disks. |
