PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a dye-sensitized solar cell is provided to increase productivity by removing a process of drilling for implanting an electrolyte to a substrate. CONSTITUTION: in an apparatus for manufacturing a dye-sensitized solar cell, a substrate fixture(1) surrounds the opening of a combined substrate and holds the substrate. A liquid medicine tank(3) receives the opening of the substrate. A pump(5) is connected to a first duct which is connected to the liquid medicine tank. A return duct(13) is connected to the pump and the liquid medicine tank and returns the liquid medicine. A second duct is connected to the return duct and the substrate fixture.
