AUTOMATIC SAMPLER FOR ANALYSIS OF INCLUSIONS

PURPOSE: An automatic sampler for inclusion analysis is provided to prevent defects in the manufacture of high clean steel by producing sound samples having the representative nature of molten steel. CONSTITUTION: An automatic sampler for inclusion analysis comprises a main body(100), a sampling case(120), and a multilayer protecting pipe. The sampling case is built in the main body. The multilayer protecting pipe surrounds the outside of the main body. The sampling case is installed in the lower part of the main body. An inlet groove(124) is formed so one side of the sampling case is opened and the molten steel flow therein. An inlet port(130) for molten steel is formed downward. The upper end of the inlet port connects to the inlet groove of the sampling case.
