PURPOSE: A PCB assembly inspection device using an infrared thermal imaging camera is provided to perform a batch process of a PCB assembly. CONSTITUTION: In a PCB assembly inspection device, the PCB assembly is passed through a first to fourth chamber(10-40) successively. An air shower system is installed at first chamber and a third chamber respectively and maintains the temperature of the PCB assembly. A controller(41) applies a power to the PCB assembly. An infrared thermal image camera(22) measures the distribution of temperature over the PCB assembly and provides a temperature image. An image processing unit is connected to the infrared thermal image camera.
