PURPOSE: An implant unit is provided to facilitate re-operation by protecting the head of a screw and to prevent release of the screw. CONSTITUTION: An implant unit comprises: a fixture(50) which is inserted and fixed in the alveolar bone and in which a coupling hole is formed thereinside; an abutment(60) which locates in the upper end of the fixture and in which a hollow portion is formed to penetrate the top and bottom thereof; a screw(70) which is fixed to and coupled with the coupling hole through the hollow portion and fixes the abutment to the fixture; and an elastic block(80) which is inserted into the hollow portion of the abutment and conceals the head of the screw from the outside.
