PURPOSE: A knee joint therapeutic machine using high frequency is provided to reduce stimulus in the skin by making a knee covering part out of silicone. CONSTITUTION: A knee joint therapeutic machine using high frequency comprises a body member(100), a driving part, and a controller(300). The body member is composed of a knee cover(120), an upper silicone pad(130), a lower silicone pad(140), a tightening pad(150), a coupling pad(160), and a one-touch coupler(170). The tightening pad is formed in one side of the knee cover. The driving part drives the tightening pad according to user's knee. The controller generates frequency through the upper and lower silicone pads.
