PURPOSE: A retaining-wall block is intended to be placed integrally with construction surface through concrete and to discharge the water from soil to a drain hole through a filter unit. CONSTITUTION: A retaining-wall block(100) comprises a body(110), an opening(120), and a filter unit(130). The body comprises a horizontal member(114) and a vertical member(112). The horizontal member is arranged on a concrete layer. The vertical member is extended upwardly from the horizontal member to a given height. The vertical member comprises one or more drain holes. The opening is formed to pass through the upper and lower parts of the horizontal member. The opening is filled with concrete mortar. The filter unit is connected to the drain hole.
