PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly cinerator for reducing harmful byproducts is provided to ensure stable combustion by generating heat in the first combustion chamber uniformly and to prevent the overload of a high-pressure blower by quickly discharging combustion air through the corrugated grooves of the air injection nozzle tubes. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly cinerator(10) comprises a combustion air supply device(30) and an air curtain injection nozzle(40). The combustion air supply device has an air supply tube and air injection nozzle tubes(34). The air supply tube has a larger cross section at the entrance than the exit so as to maintain uniform pressure of combustion air. The air injection nozzle tubes have corrugated grooves through which the combustion air is swirled and discharged and are installed at an angle so that the combustion heat is uniformly distributed in a first combustion chamber(14) through the circulation of combustion air. The air curtain injection nozzle is installed on the entrance of the first combustion chamber in order to form an air curtain for preventing the thermal deformation of a body(11) caused by the fire of a burner(15). |
