These compounds are prepared by reacting together a phenylhydrazine with a 3-substituted cyclopentanone or cyclohexanone, and optionally converting functional groups in the product to other groups, by known means. Therapeutic compositions for oral, parenteral or rectal administration comprise compounds of the above formula, which have anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antirheumatic activity. |
