The sheet (10) has a base material (11) formed in the shape of sheet and containing a disinfectant compound e.g. natural plant extract, where the base material is made of paper or plastic material. An adhesive layer is formed on a surface of the base material, and is covered with a removable protection coating (14). A film is covered on another surface of the base material. The disinfectant compound is dispersed on an entire surface of the base material.
