PURPOSE: A color bioinformation chip and color bioinformation patch and a color bioinformation sytem having the same are provided to relieve or treat diseases. CONSTITUTION: A color bioinformation chip comprises: a color bioinformation detection rod for detecting a lesion; a color bioinformation chip(100) which has color information and is able to deactivate or activate a wave length of a bio proton by releasing a color wave length corresponding to the wave length of the bio proton; a protection member which covers the color bioinformation chip; and a color bioinformation patch for relieving or treating diseases by being attached on the lesion.
