The device (10) has a transfer unit (24) for transferring liquid cosmetic product from a vial (12) to another vial (14) with a spraying valve (22). A portion of the transfer unit is connected to the former vial, and another portion is connected to the latter vial. The two portions of the transfer unit seal the vials when the two portions are disconnected. Coupling of the former portion with the latter portion enables the liquid flow between the vials so that the two vials have pressures balanced based on the flow of fluid from the former vial to the latter vial after coupling the two portions.
