The system (1) has a regulation unit (4) for regulating electric power provided to a demisting device (5), and another regulation unit (6) for regulating an air-conditioning device (9). A control unit (8) controls the regulation units. The control unit controls the regulation unit of the air-conditioning device based on outer side temperature of a passenger compartment (2), interior temperature of the passenger compartment, temperature of air blown by the air-conditioning device and a temperature set point.
