PURPOSE: An ARS(Automatic Response System) capable of providing client processing information is provided to manage client's counseling processes by providing tag information which contains previously processed counseling information to a consultant. CONSTITUTION: An IVR(Interactive Voice Response) server(220) generates a client counseling process information. If a call center operator connection event is generated generates, the IVR server transmits the client counseling progress information to a call center operator terminal(240). A call is received from the client terminal(140), a speech path is formed. An announcement guiding service selection is transmitted to the speech path. Client counseling progress information including the initial service, and the last service is created. |
