PURPOSE: A water processing method and an apparatus thereof are provided to chemically cut the combination of contaminants contained in processed water for preventing the generation of sludge. CONSTITUTION: A water processing method comprises the following steps: generating hydrochloric acid gas from the positive electrode direction of a current application tub(5) including a partition wall, by flowing the current; and collecting the hydrochloric acid gas and directly or indirectly flowing to water to be processed, for decreasing the contamination index of the water. |
