<p>The conveyor has movable grippers (4) comprising fixed jaws (13) and movable jaws (14) that are movable in rotation around a horizontal axis (A) with respect to the fixed jaws. The fixed jaws include positioning notches (22) co-operating with objects gripped by the grippers. The notches are formed on surfaces of the fixed jaws and extended parallel to the axis. The fixed jaws are connected with a movable band. A support plate co-operates with lever arms (18) of the movable jaws for stressing the grippers in an open state.</p>
