The device has webs (1, 2, 7) reinforced and topstitched on a perimeter of a surface, where the surface has a notch for freely passing an antenna. Four corners (4) of the webs are round shape. Edges of the webs are equipped with metallic eyelets (3) for being assembled on a roof (12) of a motor vehicle using fasteners, and four fixation elements are made of flexible plastic material. A top of fixation tabs has a mini loops (6), whose diameter is lower than the metallic eyelets.
