The head has a channel (17) for conveying a cosmetic product from a container towards a distribution zone (8) and provided with an eccentric portion (19) at height of an electronic module, where a housing (7) is arranged at an external lateral surface of the head. The electronic module is connected with the housing in a removable way. The eccentric portion of the channel extends in a prolongation of an upstream portion of the channel in a same direction. An application unit (9) i.e. ball, is equipped in the distribution zone. An independent claim is also included for a cosmetic/dermatological product conditioning and application device, comprising a cosmetic product distribution head.
