The bezel (1) has a blank guiding head (20) movably mounted in rotation along a stamping direction between a retracted position and a deployed position. The guiding head is equipped with a retractable blocking unit i.e. retractable swiveling stop (22), that blocks a retractable blank between a withdrawal position and an abutment position. The blocking unit tilts from its withdrawal position during displacement of the guiding head towards its retracted position under the effect of a fixed stop (50).
