The system has a mechanism changing a film or photogenerator threads (1) to cover totally or partially flexible solar cells between a retracted position and a deployed position. A tubular structure covers a membrane, and the mechanism comprises motorized winding tubes mounted parallel or perpendicular to a rotation axle of another mechanism. Frames are inclined in center by the rotation axle driven by an electric engine.
