<p>The implant has a pillar (6) equipped with a permanent resilience characteristics. The pillar is provided with a pivot (5) and fixed in an implant body (1). An element i.e. sheath (3), is placed between a basal surface (4) of the implant body and the pivot of the pillar, where a material texture of sheath is similar to a texture of a dental ligament. The implant body is substituted for a bone (2).</p>
