PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine capable of preventing a gasket member from being damaged even if a commodity storage rack is drawn outward through a front opening of the vending machine body. SOLUTION: The vending machine includes: a door body 5 disposed so as to be capable of opening and closing a front opening of a body cabinet 1; a commodity storage rack 11 for storing commodities in a commodity storage passage 14; a rail mechanism 20 where the commodity storage rack 11 is arranged to be drawn outward through the front opening of the body cabinet 1; a gasket member 80 mounted to the body cabinet 1 and securing air tightness by elastic deformation when the door body 5 is closed; a gasket protection member 82 for permitting to cover a part of the front area of the commodity storage rack 11 by the gasket member 80 projecting to the side of the inside of the chamber in a normal state and for withdrawing from the front area of the commodity storage rack 11 by being displaced to elastically deform the gasket member 80 when the commodity storage rack 11 is drawn outward.
