<p>Provided is a switched capacitor circuit including: two or more internal capacitances, one or more amplifiers, and two or more internal switches. The switched capacitor circuit further includes: a sampling capacitance arranged at the next stage of the switched capacitor circuit; and a load circuit having a sampling switch for ON/OFF-controlling connection of the sampling capacitance. The switched capacitor circuit has two or more operation modes including a first operation mode and a second operation mode. In the first operation mode as the first half, the sampling switch of the next stage is turned OFF so as to disconnect the output voltage of the switched capacitor circuit from the next sampling capacitance and the switched capacitor circuit executes calculation. In the second operation mode as the latter half, the next sampling switch is turned ON so as to sample the output voltage of the switched capacitor circuit to the next sampling capacitance. The switched capacitor circuit disconnects one or more of the internal capacitances by the internal switches in the first operation mode.</p> |
