PURPOSE: A pyrolytic carbon black discharging device is provided to secure a space by using dual-flap and single-flap dampers and to maintain an emergency closing structure. CONSTITUTION: A pyrolytic carbon black discharging device comprises a cooling conveyer(410), a first hopper(510), a drier(540), and a packing system. The cooling conveyer cools and transfers the residual materials. The first hopper forms the residue, transferred from the cooling conveyer, into slurry form. The first hopper divides the pyrolysis carbon black into pyrolysis carbon black slurry and steel cores according to density. The drier dries the pyrolysis carbon black of slurry form. The packing system packs the dried pyrolysis carbon black to be a product. |
