FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning gases of dust and may be used, for example, in metallurgy. Proposed scrubber comprises confuser, mouth, diffuser and spray catcher. Confuser accommodates sprinkler made up of two mutually perpendicular water feed pipe sections, and sprayer fitted on confuser end. Diffuser outlet is connected tangentially with bottom part of direct-flow cyclone cylindrical housing. Axes of diffuser and cyclone housing are mutually perpendicular. Note here that cyclone housing bottom is jointed with sludge discharge conical bin, while its top part is jointed with conical chamber for cleaned gas discharge. Sprinkling system nozzle comprises confuser casing and throttling orifice aligned therewith, and vertex chamber made in the form of cylindrical barrel. Inlet and throttling orifices are arranged perpendicular and tangentially relative to sprinkling chamber. Nozzle insert is arranged aligned with vortex chamber to accommodate three coaxial calibrated orifices aligned with vortex chamber surface, i.e. tapered, cylindrical and shaped. The latter represents cylindrical part with chamfered outlet. Nozzle insert cylindrical orifice diametre equals that of tapered orifice truncated cone top base and that of cylindrical part of shaped orifice. ^ EFFECT: high-efficiency cleaning. ^ 3 dwg |
