PURPOSE: A portable baby cleaning device is provided to enable a user to wash an infant by installing a water supply tank accepting clean water in a receptacle. CONSTITUTION: A portable baby cleaning device comprises: a container(12); a supporting part(24) which is attached to the container and securely supports the container; a cover(20) in which a hinge unit is attached to the supporting part in order to move around the supporting part; a wastewater tank(30) receiving waste water; and a water supply tank(40) which contains water in order to wash an infant.
