PURPOSE: A microstructure diffusion plate is provided to supply a ray with regularity. CONSTITUTION: A microstructure diffusing plate comprises a plurality of microstructure parts(120) covering a light emitting side. The microstructure parts include the first microstructure unit(121) and the second microstructure unit(122). The first microstructure unit includes the first side(1211A), the second side(1211B), a top side(1212A), the first gap(P1), the second gap(P2), and a height(H). The first side and the second side correspond to the first gradient and the second gradient. The second microstructure unit has a curve function shape. The first and second microstructure units are adjacent each other.
