PURPOSE: An absentee virtual telephone number guiding device and a telephone method using the same are provided to randomly or orderly display a plurality of telephone numbers in a specific time interval during a specific time. CONSTITUTION: A button unit(120) generates a guiding request signal and a guiding stop signal about a virtual telephone number of absentee. A number guide control unit receives a guiding request signal of the button unit. The button guiding control unit randomly or orderly displays a virtual telephone number of an absentee on a display panel(130) in a specific time interval to enable others to check the telephone number. A memory unit, a button unit, and a telephone guide control unit is installed in a housing(150) by accepting a fixed hoc.
