PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an organic light emitting diode is provided to increase luminous efficiency by forming a light transmitting layer made of inorganic materials between a film and an anode electrode. CONSTITUTION: A light transmitting layer is formed on one side of a base film(210) using a pressing roller. A TiO2 layer(214) is formed on a first surface of the base film. An Al2O3 layer is formed on one side of the TiO2 layer. A SiO2 layer is formed on one side of the alumina layer. An anode electrode, a hole floating layer, a light emitting layer, an electron floating layer, and a cathode electrode are successively laminated on one side of the light transmitting layer.
