PURPOSE: A food waste dehydrating system is provided to prevent the deformation of a screw by fixing both ends of the screw regardless of the introduction amount of food waste. CONSTITUTION: Food waste is supplied into an inlet pipe(110). A dehydrating pipe(120) discharges liquid from the food waste. A discharging hopper(130) drains the discharged liquid through a draining pipe(121). A pressurizing pipe(140) pressurizes dehydrated food waste powder. A screw(150) moves the food waste to one direction. A driving motor(160) rotates the screw. A flange(170) is installed at one end of the screw. A bracket(180) fixes the flange.
