PURPOSE: A swing gun device is provided to diminish the working radius of a moving robot and improve the efficiency of spot-welding. CONSTITUTION: A swing gun device comprises lower and upper main bodies(110,120), lower and upper arms(210,220), an upper electrode tip part(230), and a turning cylinder. One end of the lower arm is fixed to the lower main body. The other end of the lower arm is horizontally expanded. The lower arm has the lower electrode tip(211). The upper main body is fixed to one end of the lower arm and is upstream expanded. One end of the upper arm is connected to the upper main body to rotate. The upper electrode tip part comprises an upper electrode tip(231) and a mobile cylinder(232). The upper electrode tip copes with the lower electrode tip. The mobile cylinder transfers the lower electrode tip back and forth. The turning cylinder is connected with the upper main body using a hinge. The turning cylinder is connected to one end of the upper arm through a link member and rotates the upper arm.
