PURPOSE: An inclined shell grinder is provided to efficiently separate bundle lines and ground shells by discharging the ground shell through discharging holes and discharging the bundle lines through a bundle line outlet. CONSTITUTION: A target input hopper(110) is installed to the inlet of a grinding housing(100). A bundle line outlet(150) is installed at the outlet of the target input hopper. The target input hopper is inclined with respect to the ground. A punching mesh(300) is in connection with the lower side of the grinding housing. A plurality of discharging holes(310) is formed in the punching mesh. A rotating drum is installed in the grinding housing to be rotatable. The rotating drum grinds targets.
