<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urine absorbing pad 1 which enables a use mode of wearing the urine absorbing pad 1 alone on the inside of underwear and a use mode of wearing the urine absorbing pad 1 between the three-dimensional gathers of an outer diaper in layers, causes no shift or twist with respect to a commercial outer diaper, and is wore on the front side of an absorbent article without uncomfortable feeling while keeping a fastened state. <P>SOLUTION: An absorbing element 6 is interposed between a liquid permeable top sheet 3 and a liquid impermeable back sheet 2, the three-dimensional gathers BS are respectively formed on both sides of the front side of the top sheet 3 by a side-nonwoven fabric 7 through an adhesive 12. The side-nonwoven fabric 7 is made releasable with respect to the adhesive 12, a cutting guide line 11 for removing the three-dimensional gathers BS is provided, and the adhesive 12 is formed in predetermined width so as to straddle at least the cutting guide line 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
