<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine-driven type heat pump device for introducing a condensate to a neutralizer, by collecting a condensation quantity of oil mist by an oil sucking mat or the like, by reducing the outflow of the oil mist and the condensate from an exhaust top, by efficiently collecting the oil mist and steam included in exhaust gas of an engine. <P>SOLUTION: An engine exhaust gas processing device 101 externally discharges the oil mist and the steam flowed in an exhaust pipe 112 from the engine 1.
